Paying for game cards with CliQ: step by step
How to pay by CliQ at FGG Store: transfer to the alias FGGSTORE, automatic confirmation within minutes, and what to do if it is delayed.
What is CliQ?
CliQ is Jordan’s instant transfer service between banks and wallets, run by the Central Bank of Jordan. You send from your bank or wallet app (Zain Cash, Orange Money and others) to an alias instead of an account number, and the money lands within seconds, at any hour.
The steps
1) Choose CliQ at checkout. 2) In your bank app, send exactly the amount shown to the alias FGGSTORE. 3) Come back, press "I have transferred" and enter your first and last name as on your account, in Arabic or English. 4) The transfer is matched automatically and the code arrives instantly.
The amount may carry a few extra fils (7.501 instead of 7.500, say): that is on purpose, so the system can tell your transfer apart without even needing your name.
If the order is not confirmed
Confirmation usually takes under 5 minutes. If it takes longer, check you sent the right amount to FGGSTORE, then send us the order number and a screenshot of the transfer on WhatsApp +962 79 501 0353 and we will confirm it by hand.
